We have instituted these general rules in order to provide an environment where everyone can enjoy the concert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All ages welcome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gates open at 6:00 PM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Everyone is subject to search upon entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line up and set times are subject to change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cashiers close at 8:45 PM. Last pour at 9:15 PM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concerts in the Park ends by or before 9:30 PM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By entering the park, you consent to your voice, name, and\/or likeness being used without compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bring:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yourself dressed! Pants, shoes and shirts are a must.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your bike! Enter at the 9th and J corner and go to the SABA Bike Valet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid ID to get your 21+ wristband.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cash or card for drink tokens (available at the cashier tent at the corner of 10<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;and J Street).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cameras to tag, snap and share your experience. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bags\/Coolers under 1.5 ft. by 1.5 ft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blankets and low-profile, compact foldable chairs lower than 37\u201d in the center section. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Empty<\/strong> reusable water bottles. Free water in the park on 9<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; I Street.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good vibes!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leave at home:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alcohol. Remember, we have drinks!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drugs or drug paraphernalia, marijuana, or marijuana products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weapons, pepper spray\/mace, flares, or fireworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Animals, only registered service animals are allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bags\/coolers larger than 1.5 ft. by 1.5 ft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drones, remote control toys, or skateboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Glass or cans. Any outside beverages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized solicitations, flyering, sampling, or giveaways.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signs\/Flags\/Banners\/Posters larger than 11\u2033 x 17\u2033 or attached to a pole\/stick.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other items deemed unacceptable by Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disruptive behavior\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No sitting, standing, loitering in designated fire lanes or pedestrian walkways.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No taunting, abusive, or insulting language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No obscene or offensive gestures, imagery, or symbolism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Event producers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with event rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Media Credential Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members of the media interested in attending Concerts in the Park for editorial purposes must complete the Media Credential Application to be eligible. Downtown Sacramento Partnership will review each request on an individual basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny Credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Credentialed media receive one (1) Media Pass to the requested concert. Credentials are only valid for the specified concert.
