The DSF is a public, charitable 501(c)3, formed under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Our services complement Downtown Sacramento Partnership programs and provide elevated services for business development, public space management and beautification, homeless outreach, and public safety. The Old Sacramento Waterfront has a new, unique and iconic landmark sign atop the California State Railroad Museum to greet visitors as they approach Downtown Sacramento on Interstate 5.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DSF raised more than $200,000 for the sign from the Downtown Sacramento Partnership, California State Railroad Museum Foundation, Visit Sacramento, Harvego Family Foundation, LDK Ventures, Young Professionals of the Rotary Club of Sacramento, and the generosity of dozens of individuals. The sculptures transform from bird to human in flight as onlookers view the pieces while walking along the one-mile stretch of downtown.
